Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective from: 20 October 2025
This page describes when a registration can be cancelled and when a refund is issued. The policy applies to all registrations made through ScenaFlow.
1) Cancellations by the participant
- 14-day rule: if you cancel your participation 14 days after your registration, 85 % of the paid amount will be refunded.
- More than 14 days after the registration: no refund is normally granted. Exceptional cases are reviewed individually by the organizer.
- Cancellations are made from your My Events
2) Cancellations by the organizer
- If an event is fully cancelled by the organizer, 90 % of the registration fee is refunded automatically.
- No separate action from the participant is required; refunds are initiated automatically.
3) Refund method and receipt
- Refunds are processed to the same payment method originally used.
- The payment receipt remains available via the receipt link on the My Events page.
- When a refund is initiated, the status first shows “Refund pending” and later “Refunded” once completed.
4) Processing times
- Most refunds appear in the customer’s bank within a few business days.
- If the refund has not appeared within 10 business days, please contact support.
